If you are a Seller...
If you are a Buyer...
Jennifer Walling was very easy to work with and was also available to show me homes. She kept me up to date on new listings and was frequently in contact with me. She made my first home buying experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family to use her.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the sale of our house. It was a relocation, which was a first for her, but you wouldn't have known it! She was amazing! We would definitely recommend her as a Realtor!
When we started looking for a home to downsize to in the Tulsa area, Jennifer was excellent from the start. She was instrumental in helping us identify and confirm the most important factors to look for in our new home. During our search, she reached out to us regularly by phone, e-mail and text to make sure we had the information we needed to find the right house at the right price. She has continued to work with us since closing to make our move smoother.
This is Part 2 of 2 (House Sold):
When we purchased our “dream” home with Jennifer Walling to represent us, that still left us with the other house to sell. Who better to handle that task, but Jennifer? With one success to her credit that we had witnessed up close, it made perfect sense to us.
However, it wasn’t an easy sell. After 14 years of living there, it was obvious the house needed some repairs & updating. To complicate matters, we were slow to completely move out after I got out of the hospital & completed bedrest. Worse yet, was trying to sell it so late in the year when the market was slow. While we completed the most pressing repairs Jennifer did a market study, fixed a starting price, took detailed pictures – and of course, did all the paperwork & ads to get it on the market. From January until the house sold in July, I really cannot remember how many Open House events she conducted. She spent many Sunday afternoons waiting for prospective buyers …in addition to meeting anybody who made appointments during the week to see the house.
Through it all her patience, optimism & enthusiasm were boundless - lifting our spirits when things were sometimes slow or difficult. She maintained near-daily contact with us by text, phone calls & emails. Because she handled the purchase of our new home so proficiently, we easily had confidence in her knowledge & recommendations. However, several “disasters” happened: one was the downstairs bathroom being badly damaged by a leak from upstairs; another was a last-minute need to replace the roof because of previously undetected hail damage. We had our own handymen take care of some projects – but it never failed that Jennifer could, and did have a specialist or contractor on the job for anything else we needed at literally anytime.
An example was the ruined downstairs bathroom. The damage & leaking were discovered on a Thursday afternoon – and it was COMPLETELY redone by Sunday afternoon. The repairs included the defective plumbing upstairs; and ripping out, replacing & painting the ceiling, walls & paneling. Another “miracle” was the roof. With little time left after accepting an offer …we were caught off-guard by the inspections barely a week before the closing date. Seven items on the list were done in ONE day. The roof was completely replaced, including site clean-up & waste disposal, in THREE DAYS! Mind you, all of these emergencies, big & small, were taken care of by professionals Jennifer knew & recommended. Additionally, she went the second mile for us by being there to monitor, supervise & report on each project – early or late in the day. This was especially helpful because my disability did not allow me to enter the house or to be there. She also took pictures & made videos of what was needed or accomplished.
The thing that should stand out most of all – is that we could TRUST her. You can’t find that very easily! Knowledge & proficiency should be expected in selecting an agent to help you buy or sell real estate – but trustworthiness & integrity can be difficult to ascertain …until, sadly, you’ve been burned. Jennifer Walling represents all the positive qualities you could want or hope for in managing your transactions. Better yet, it is easy to see this upon meeting her. It is very evident how serious yet enthusiastic she is about her work – and how important honesty & integrity is to her in representing your interest(s).
I know this “gushing” may sound suspect or even self-serving. However, I/we stand by everything in our review/recommendation – enough to leave not only our names, but an invitation to contact us. Please feel free to do so to verify these details or to confirm your decision to hire her. Simply put, you will not regret it!

Jennifer Walling is the best real estate agent ever. She walked me through every step of the way in selling my house. She is a very helpful, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable person. I feel so blessed that she took good care of me all through the process.
I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family, if they should need some one to help them buy or sell a house.
Jennifer became our realtor by chance and then through hard work. She showed a house to us and from that point on she was extraordinarily diligent and responsive to everything we asked of her. She worked late hours, weekends, and always responded promptly to our questions and requests. We nicknamed her Sharky because she was so hard working. She's also very kind and easy to deal with. We recommend her VERY highly and will use her for any future purchases or sales.
Jennifer is a true professional but she is also a person who cares about you. She is easy to talk to and keeps the buying process as smooth as possible. What I liked about her was that she always kept you informed and nothing was delayed. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. We had a great offer in 12 days.
This is Part 1 of 2 (Purchase):
Because of a progressive disability we decided to buy another home without stairs that was already adapted or adaptable for a power wheelchair. My wife met Jennifer Walling at an Open House and promptly told me that she had found our agent. A check of Mrs. Walling’s reviews was all we needed, then we began the process. It wasn’t easy-going to find what we were looking for with our special needs/requirements. She started by going over our financial parameters & home preferences, and stuck with them in the listings she suggested. We never felt like we were being “steered” by her to something we didn’t want or that was out of our stated price range. Almost every day she updated listings for us, chased down information on any possibilities we’d see online or while driving. She was always quick with answers & information, and to set up viewings that we’d request or that she thought might be “the one”. This included listings in Claremore & Owasso as well as in Broken Arrow & Tulsa. After about 3 months we found the house that fit our needs and “spoke” to us. She laid out the whole process, step-by-step, with suggestions for the needed professionals to finance & inspect the property. In some cases we had our own resources already, in the others it was easy to use hers or defer to her experienced judgement. Very quickly, she set up all the inspectors at once, as a team, to go over the house and make their reports to us in about a 2-hour window; then sent us the written reports & recommendations by email within a couple of days.
Just when everything was a go and we’d set a closing date, I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital, unexpectedly. She postponed the closing twice, then arranged for it to take place in my hospital bed. The whole time she had a sunny & positive attitude, even when we lost out on another listing we had bid on. She was always patient, honest, candid, energetic & unflappable – and ready to go the extra mile many times over. She visited us in the hospital & at home (while I was still bed-bound) bringing food, gifts and prayers for my/our well-being …even after our deal was clinched and we were just waiting to close or move in. You won’t easily find another agent as genuine, honest or enthusiastic as Jennifer Walling!
It goes without saying that we have our other house listed with her for sale. The story & her character are still the same, but that will be in “Part 2” once the house is sold.
I was a first time home buyer. Jennifer is honest and very responsive towards your needs. She made me feel comfortable. I appreciate everything she did for me.
Jennifer assisted us with the process of finding a house that would fit our family's needs. We decided to go with her intially because of her obvious and extensive knowlege of the Jenks/Bixby areas that we were interested in moving to. She is easy to communicate with, friendly, patient and positive. She advocated for our best interest, and was helpful in explaining things we had questions about. She is professional, down to earth, and always wiling to help. She made the process seamless for us. We had no issues and have no complaints. She is highly recommended by us.
We have done multiple real estate transactions with the aid of Jennifer guiding us through these processes. She goes above and beyond when the need arises; she was able to cover appointments with repairs and inspections when we were unable to attend. She was not required to be there, but always did what was necessary to advance parties to closing. She has a business mind and knows what the end goal is, and knows how to get there. She finds the logical middle ground to close a deal, and satisfy both parties. This is not always an easy task and process, but Jennifer handles much of the stress, and gets it done. We’ve sat on both sides of the table with Jennifer, as both a seller, and a buyer. She gets it done for all relevant parties. Jennifer knows her market and her profession. She has served us well, and I would recommend her services to anyone who wants to get to their end goal.
Jennifer is a very loyal and trustworthy real-estate agent. She is very easy to get a hold of and is very helpful during the stressful times of selling and buying a house. Jennifer goes above and beyond her duties as an agent and is always checking in to see if there is anything more she can do for you. She is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the real estate market, which was helpful for me because I am not. Whenever an issue came up with the mortgage company she stepped in and stood up for her client. Hiring Jennifer to sell our home and help us find another made the process go smoothly and I would refer her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
She was good with getting our home set up for sale. Her company was well resourced in getting our home on the market. She was very dedicated to sale. We had some communication misunderstandings, but we got what we were asking in only one month.
Great job. Very detailed and devoted to help you. She goes above and beyond to help in any way needed to help you buy or sell your home. She did a great job
Jennifer was wonderful. She was quick to help me weed through the hundreds of homes that were for sale. She figured out what I liked and didnt like quickly. We went to look at houses with my kiddo and she was very patient with my little man and interactive the whole time. It was a great experience finding and purchasing my first home with Jennifer.
I would recommend working with Jennifer Walling. She has helped make both the selling and buying process less stressful by making sure I was aware of what to expect, answering questions, and keeping me informed during both transactions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and helped me out when it was needed by meeting contractors or resolving issues.
Jennifer took the time to know exactly what I was looking for in a house and stayed on top of it all the time. I live in a completely different state and she managed to find me exactly what I wanted.
Thank you, Thank you!!
Jennifer worked with us for over a year to help find our home. She was patient with us when we were indecisive and she answered all of our questions, even when we were a pain and contacted her after hours. Jennifer is literally one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve had the opportunity to meet and I am so glad that we went with her to help us find our home. 110% would choose her every time without a doubt!
Jennifer handled all details on the sale of our property in a very professional manner. Her guidance and communication skills throughout the process were second to none. It was a pleasure working with her from a seller's perspective, and we will not hesitate to have Jennifer guide us from the other side of the table as a buyer in the future. A true professional with all parties' best interest in mind, finding common ground leading to a happy closing to suit all parties involved.
Jennifer was very helpful working with us in the purchase of an Oklahoma Airport lot while we live in Seattle. She worked with the sellers and provided us with all the needed information as to utilities provided and required covenants for building our new home and gar.aircraft han
Jennifer was pleasant at every meeting. She was not high pressure but very motivated to find a property that we wanted to purchase. She sent helpful reminders, acted on our requests very quickly, remained in close contact with us and understood immediately what we were looking for. She did a great job!
Great experience. Jennifer was a great realtor to work with! Very hospitable and hard working with a great attitude and work ethic! Will definitely use her on our purchase too!
Jennifer was a tremendous benefit in our purchase of a Tulsa property while we were out of the state. She went above and beyond what I expected of a realtor in going to the property for us to ensure that repairs were completed and even met our "carpet guy" there for measurements. She was extremely prompt in generating and responding to phone calls, texts, and emails. She made our long distance transaction a much easier process than we'd anticipated! We will definitely use her again should the need arise and will recommend her to anyone we know in need of a realtor!
Jennifer is willing to meet you at times convienent to you and she is prepared with all material beforehand. Also, she sets up nice online lists of houses of your interest, making it easy to compare all the options. Thanks Jennifer!
She is helpful and helps you look for properties and schedules showings quickly. That way we where able to find a home we like and make an offer on. Few weeks later we moved into our new home and we are happy.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable and patient. Extremely helpful with coordinating the many tasks of buying a house. She was patient and understanding as I looked at many houses before choosing the one I wanted. We looked at houses all over the Tulsa area. Very willing to work with your schedule when selecting times to view potential houses. When making an offer, she was quick to proceed with speaking with the seller or real estate agent. She made the paperwork easy to comprehend. I wasn't sure of the negotiation portion of buying a home, but Jennifer took control and proceeded without missing a step. I bought my house for less than appraisal value. Once my offer was accepted, she was quick to move on getting the inspections done. There were many inspections that took place, but in my case, this house needed some additional foundation work. She negotiated for the seller to pay for the additional piers to be put under the foundation. And once the foundation work was completed, she made sure that a pressure check was done on the plumbing to ensure that no damage was done once the piers were installed.
